What you will be expected to do:

  • To be a Fast learner. You need to work with a lot of new information, which will be provided for you.
  • To Think outside the box. We need a Project Manager who will independently identify customer expectations and implement a working solution with the team.
  • To Communicate in English freely. You need to be able to communicate freely with existing clients on the topics of project status and simple day-to-day small talk.
  • To be a Team Player. We need someone who can collaborate and work effectively with others in a group or team to achieve a common goal.

What you will be expected to do:

  • Planning project stages and assigning tasks. Make a feasible plan that achieves the goals and objectives of projects and when the team is created, you assign tasks and deadlines.
  • Make sure the project is on budget and on time. Monitor the actual costs and time spent compared to the plan. If those figures are off, you must adjust accordingly.
  • Manage customer and stakeholder expectations. Deliver to your customers or stakeholders what they expected or better and make sure that they’re satisfied with the results.
  • Project passport and other related documents creation according to technical requirements. It is necessary to make a project passport, status reports for customers, and upon request create user flows, diagrams, etc.
  • Participate in estimation and planning sessions with the team. Work along with your team, and take the time to define a plan for the project. You have to define key points to provide support in estimating.
  • Communication with the team, customers, and stakeholders. . Discuss project status and progress with your team. Be prepared to maintain effective communication and keep the company’s customers up-to-date with the project status.
  • Monitor and manage the scope of work. Make sure that the project scope of work is progressing as planned, you must constantly measure it and compare those against the plan you created. Be ready to adjust or reallocate resources in case of any changes.
  • Work on several projects at the same time (Multiple Project Management). You may have several projects on the go at the same time and you should be responsible for delivering a fair amount of the tasks.

Terms of work:

  • Working hours - 11:00 - 20:00. Sometimes you need to be available after hours for urgent cases;
  • Working days - Monday - Friday;
  • 24 days of vacation a year;
  • Salary — 15000 uah (trial period — 12000 uah)
