Responsibilities:

Leading project planning and establishing project goals and objectives;

Managing project deliverables in accordance to Agile principles using task tracking systems;

Collaborating with clients and stakeholders and managing their expectations throughout the project cycle;

Ensuring projects are delivered within the deadlines and budgets;

Identifying risks early and providing solutions to mitigate those risks;

Holding regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and address any issues or challenges;

Simplifying complex project information to ensure all stakeholders are aware of progress and issues during reporting or update sessions;

Facilitating effective communication between team members and stakeholders;

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients based in the US and EU to understand their specific requirements and deliver projects to their satisfaction;

Contributing to the company's Project Management shaping, providing suggestions on processes improval;

Creating project documentation;
-
Assisting in the sales process by identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings through upselling additional hours or functionalities when it contributes positively to the client's business performance.

Terms of work:

Working hours - 11:00 - 20:00 (partial availability during non-working hours but only for urgent cases);

Working days - Monday - Friday;

24 days of vacation a year;

Salary - 900$ (trial period - 750$);
